All balances must be paid in full. All special order arrival dates are estimates and subject to change. RETURNS: Purchases, excluding custom special orders, can be returned within 30 days for a refund, less a 25% restocking fee. All custom special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Any item that has been installed and removed will not be accepted for return. All items must be returned in the original packaging. Light bulbs are not included unless otherwise noted. By placing an order and/or remitting full payment, customer indicates acceptance of the above terms and conditions. A refund may be granted but only in the form received and only after receipt, inspection and approval of returned goods, at our sole discretion. In the event a product return in necessary, please obtain prior approval and specific shipping instructions from C Lighting. Such prior approval in required and will be issued in the form of a ³Return Authorization Number² which is to be clearly marked on the package, along with a note describing the problem and desired resolution.
